How to: Type data into a form.
Solution:
Open the form in Form view, select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Record'. Type the data desired data.
NOTE: A record can only be added to a form if the 'Allow Additions' property box contains 'Yes'. The 'Allow Additions' property box is located on the 'Data' tab of the 'Form' property sheet.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Select the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Open'. (The form appears in Form view.)

5) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Record'. (A blank record form for data entry appears.)
NOTE 1: The 'New Record' located on the scroll bar at the bottom of the form can also be chosen to insert a new record.
NOTE 2: The scroll bar is shown only if the 'Records Selector' property box contains 'Yes', on the 'Format' tab of the 'Form' property sheet.

6) Type the desired data in the first field.
7) Press TAB to advance to the next field.
8) Repeat steps 6) and 7) for each field in the record.
9) When finished entering data, do one of the following:
a) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Record' to add a new record.
b) Close the form:
1] Select the 'File' menu and select 'Save' to save the record.
2] Select the 'File' menu and select 'Close' to close the form view.
